We grilled Jake Welch on dating Torah Bright, his urge to beat up Sal Masakela and his predictions for Vancouver 2010.
Special Blend is hyped to announce the addition of Jake Welch to its First Chair Last Call roster of talent. Preferring a more tailored look to his outerwear, Special Blend’s most modern collection – the slim fit Revolver Group – is a perfect match to Welch’s progressive style. Taking it from the streets to the backcountry, Welch joins John Jackson, Stevie Bell, Nic Sauvé, Daniel Ek and Niko Cioffi.
“I am stoked to be a part of Special Blend and am looking forward to wearing outerwear from the Revolver Group,” says Welch. “The team is great and everyone knows how to get things done without taking everything so seriously.”
Director of Team Marketing Bryan Knox states, “There is no better fit than Jake Welch for Special Blend and in particular, the Revolver line. Jake has been tailoring his pants and jackets for years, so now he won’t have to! Welcome aboard, Jake, we are happy to have you.”
Welch can be seen in Forum’s 2009 movie release FOREVER, now available on DVD and for download at iTunes. Rumor has it you’ll also find quite a bit of Jake in a certain upcoming SUPERPARK Issue that hits newsstands the first week of December … stay tuned to www.special-blend.com for more!
