We don’t know how Simon Chamberlain juggles running a company, his snowboard career and still found the time to get married. But he did, and does a damn good job at all of it.
The definition of classic is, “Judged over a period of time to be of the highest quality and outstanding of its kind.” Simon Chamberlain’s part in Derelictica is classic in every sense of the word. Sit back, relax and enjoy this timeless example of rail mastery.

The 2010 Ride Shakedown at Snoqualmie kicked off with a rail jam. This is a video of that very rail jam.
A few weeks before the 2010 Holy Oly, a friend told me he wanted to compete in the Holy Oly. I had never been so I asked Pat “How do you get in the Holy Oly?” Pat replied “Go up and Strap in.” While I was shooting the event, a couple little guys hiked up and asked me what it takes to ride the course. I told them “go up and strap in.” When you go to a snowboard contest in the Northwest, expect some soul and some legendary snowboarders from all generations.
Awe-inspiring shots from the best photographers in snowboarding. That’s right, just for your retina stimulation, we’ve got your January issue photo gallery.
