Burton Qualifiers 17/18 Tour: Stop 4—BOREAL

BURTON QUALIFIERS 17/18 TOUR: STOP 4 - BOREAL

Prime conditions and a perfect setup brought California's finest to Boreal Mountain for stop #4 of the 2017-2018 Burton Qualifiers Tour. Nearly two-feet of fresh gave way to sunshine on the day of competition, giving the region's best up-and-coming riders the perfect setup for a progressive session. Kick in a $20,000 prize purse and all bets were off as to who would take the spotlight.

Legends in their own right, Boreal's park crew pulled out all the stops. The course had options for jibbers and jumpers, including a massive rail garden followed by a flowy transition zone with a mini pipe, rails, and a hip. The sheer variety of tricks had the judges spinning their heads. In the end, the top three in both the Open and 15 & Under divisions brought home a paycheck, while the top six in each division got an invite to the tour finals at Seven Springs, Pennsylvania. Full results below.
